Our commitment to accessibility

Last reviewed: June 23, 2026

Cresalto LLC ("Cresalto," "we," "us") is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build — both for our own site and for the websites we build for our clients.

The standard we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current version of the international standard most widely referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and similar laws.

Conformance is an ongoing effort, not a one-time certificate. As we add and change content, we keep testing and fixing issues so the site continues to meet that bar. We believe this site substantially meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA as of the date above.

How we test

We check the site in more than one way, because automated tools alone only catch part of what matters:

  • Automated testing with axe-core — the engine behind axe DevTools, Lighthouse, and WAVE — across every page.
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation, to confirm everything can be reached and operated without a mouse.
  • Checks of the structure a screen reader relies on: landmarks, headings, form labels, and image descriptions.
  • Color-contrast verification against the 4.5:1 minimum for normal text.

What we work toward

Across the site, we aim to provide:

  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, with purely decorative images marked so screen readers can skip them.
  • Keyboard navigation, with a clear and consistent focus indicator on interactive elements.
  • A clear page structure — a main landmark, a logical heading order, and labeled form fields.
  • Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast.
  • Respect for the system "reduced motion" setting, so animations don't play for visitors who prefer less movement.

Where gaps can still appear

We'd rather be honest about the limits than overstate things:

  • Some third-party components we embed — for example, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms — are controlled by their providers, so their accessibility is partly outside our hands. If one ever blocks you, contact us and we'll help you complete your request another way.
  • We review new content as we publish it, but if something slips through, we want to hear about it.

Tell us about a barrier

If you run into anything on this site that's hard to use, or you need information here in a different format, please let us know:

Email contact@cresalto.com

We aim to respond within five business days. If something on the site is blocking you, we'll work with you to provide the same information or service through another channel.
