Cresalto

Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Last updated: June 2026

This policy describes how Cresalto LLC ("Cresalto," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us. We aim to keep this short and plain.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form or design preview request, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your business website URL
  • Any message or context you provide

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure site traffic (pages viewed, referrer, device type) and to understand which marketing campaigns bring people to our site. These tools are off by default — when you first visit, a banner asks whether you consent, and nothing loads unless you click “Accept.” If you decline or ignore it, no analytics or advertising tags run and no related cookies are set. Our paid ad landing pages run no analytics or advertising tags at all.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless tool that counts visits without identifying you, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from spam without tracking you across the web. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies that are strictly necessary to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project
  • Prepare a design preview or proposal you have requested
  • Improve how the site presents our services

We do not sell the information you submit, and we do not add you to any newsletter without your explicit consent. We use Google Ads only to measure and improve our own advertising — we never sell or share your contact details with advertisers.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to inquiries (for example, our website host, email service, and form processor). These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and only access the information needed to provide their service. We do not share your information with anyone else without your permission, except where required by law.

Retention

We keep contact submissions for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which we delete them unless you have become a customer or have asked us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@cresalto.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give additional notice.
